“The Not Quite Alpha Show” live on Justin.tv

Every Tuesday and Thursday, at 7:30PM EST, Eric Sandine and Iyaz Akhtar from TechVi do a live stream at Justin.tv of their new show, The Not Quite Alpha Show (indicating that it’s not ready to be published to the site and such, yet). Check out the live stream here.

Windows Phone 7 Series on the Bottom Line

Iyaz Akhtar, Managing Editor at TechVi and Tom Merritt, Executive Editor at CNET TV sat down on the Bottom Line yesterday and talked about the new Windows Mobile 7 Series, due out later in the year. It seems to be a BIG departure from the existing versions of Windows Mobile, hence the new name. It reminds me of the interface on the MS Zune, which I do love, so hopefully it’ll be out when my contract is up for renewal (October, I think). Check out the video from TechVi below:

International 2010 CES

So we’re just weeks away from the international CES 2010 in Las Vegas. What do I expect? I expect to see a lot more 3D TV technology from the major brands, IMO 3D TV is going to be big in 2010.

I’ll be working with Randall Bennett at TechVi.com to help produce content from CES, right here in England. Check out my Twitter as it’ll be auto updating with CES 2010 news.

E-Book Readers

Lookin’ to get an E-Book reader this holiday season? Before you do, take a look at this video where Randall Bennett, Eric Sandine and Iyaz Akhtar discuss the latest models and say which they’d be buying if they were in the market for one.
